Access Rustic Hardware warranties its products against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year. Warranty does not cover damage caused by others not associated with Access including abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, unreasonable care, customer alterations or acts of nature. Customers given permission to return items will incur the shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
